The Cuadro - Introduction.

Within this section of aguilaycondor.net can be found information and material that should help in the formation of the individual "cuadro" or cadre in English. Cuadros are the most committed and advanced forces in an organization or revolutionary party - i.e. the ones that an organization can depend on to provide leadership and advance the struggle wherever they find themselves. It takes years of study and direct experience doing community work to develop as a cuadro.

Historical Materialism.

This section will include more information in the future, but for now the following lecture by Compañero Chairman Omali Yeshitela on historical materialism will help in providing an introduction to this method of understanding history, and the role we play in it. This is a four part presentation, and each part is about 20 minutes long. It was given in 2005, hosted by a San Diego bookstore collective and sponsored by UdB.
